Twelve persons are sitting in two parallel rows containing 6 persons in each row and sitting at an equal distance from each other. A, B, C, D, E and F are sitting in row 1 facing south. P, Q, R, S, T and U are sitting in row-2 facing north. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member seated in a row faces another member of other row. All the information is not necessarily in the same order.
Note: A is opposite to B means A is facing B.

 

A is sitting at one of the extreme corners of the row and is second to the left of E. P is not sitting opposite to A or E. P is third to the right of U. Two persons are sitting between B and F. Only one person is sitting between R and S and both of them are not sitting opposite to A. R and Q are sitting together. D, who is not sitting opposite to S, is not sitting with B.
